Christmas Day!

The long awaited day finally came with tons of Surprises!

We had a great Christmas this year

and the girls were very excited about their gifts.

The Nativity

This year Emmie was too big to be baby Jesus.

So we made her the Angel - Abbie was Mary - Maddie was Joseph -

and of course Shem was the donkey.

Sledding on Shem's Birthday

This is how Shem decided to spend the day on his birthday.

We took the girls sledding,

with some friends on Christmas Eve.

It was really cold but really fun.

Shem had to prove that he's not getting old.

Maddies School Play

Maddie just did her first play and YES she loved it.

She got to be the narrator because she knows how to read.

It was very exciting for her. They told a story about toys

going on a train ride and they sang tons of Christmas songs.

Last Two Sweater Dresses

These are the last dresses that I made for the girls.

Seriously they are so easy to make and my girls love how warm they are.

So Saturday I took the girls to go see Disney Princesses on Ice.

The weather was bad but the show was worth it.

My kids sat still the entire time.

Maddie needs winter dresses right now, so I had to try it.

They were simple and she liked the red one enough to wear it to school today.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MADDIE

Today Maddie had her first friend birthday party.

We cooked pizza, decorated cookies, and opened presents.

A huge thank you to Tiffini for helping me.

She totally loved it and enjoyed every minute.

Halloween Costumes

This year the whole family dressed up as Peter Pan. Shem was Peter, I was Wendy, Maddie and Abbie were mermaids (from the mermaid lagoon) and Emmie was tinkerbell. We went to the ward party -we got tons of candy and the girls loved it.

We just got back from the doctor and Emmie is still tiny.

She was 17lbs. 60zs. and 27.5 inches long.

This puts her in the fifth percentile.

She is healthy and strong with six teeth.

Birthday Party

After persents it was on to the huge cupcake.

Pumpkin Patch

Maddie had a great time on her first field trip. She was so excited to pick her own pumpkin.

My baby is one and she's so big. She is walking and cutting four new teeth.
