Who's Your Pick?

March Madness is BIG at our house. We fill out the brackets just for fun, to see how we'll do. Shem always does better than me but thats ok - Basketball is his thing. So heres our charts for this year and who we think will go all the way. Leave us a comment and let us know what you think.

TIME FOR TULIPS!

Spring must be here because the tulips are starting to bloom. Yesterday the girls had a blast watering the flowers and trying to pull weeds. We are so excited for the spring weather.

What A Weekend!

Our family had a great weekend together. We left on friday and headed to the Draper Temple Open House. Before a temple is dedicated, they let the puplic go through it and see what a temple is and what members of the church do there. Our girls were very excited to do this because they don't ever get to go inside our local temple. So we took a bus up to the tample and walked through it. It was our kids first time on a bus too and boy did they love it (mostly because of no carseats). They really loved being inside a temple. After that we went to my dad's house to drop off the kids and head to the Jazz game. Shem loves the Jazz and this game was a big one for them. We were literally in the last row but it was still tons of fun and the Jazz won! Our group had an extra ticket so my brother got to come with us. We stayed at my dad's over night. The next day Jess and Nate came to join us. Jess gave us cute haircuts and sold us their old car for a great deal. Isn't family awesome. We met up with one of Shem's old college roommates and had lunch with him. Then we came home just in time for the adult session of stake conference. It was a busy weekend but tons of fun and definately needed.

6 RANDOM THINGS.... A TAG

1. I ABSOLUTELY love going to yard sales - you never know what you might find.
2. Scrapbooking is a SERIOUS stress release.
3. I hate touching raw chicken ( I make Shem do it)
4. At my age I still love Winnie the Pooh.
5. I could watch the movie Sweet Home Alabama every day.
6. I don't enjoy saying "I'm Sorry" but I should more often.

THE MISSING BIB!

So notice the bib that Emmie was wearing in the pictures. Well after I did laundry it was missing. I looked for it all over. Then I finally found it in the TOP of the DRYER! The bib has a magnet closure and it stuck to the TOP of the dryer. If you ever loose things with magnets in them check your dryer.

A First For Emmie

We started giving Emmie food this weekend. She's still a little young but she loves it. Every time I feed her she gets so excited and eats it all. She is growing up way too fast!
