I made these tutus and they were so simple. All you do is tie knots around the elastic waistband. My girls LOVE DRESS UP and you can never have too many with three girls. So I decided to be crafty and make them some more. They love their new dress ups and they can't wait for Emmie to be big enough to play with them.

Seriously So Simple

Those are way cute! I made Hailey one for her birthday party, only I tied ribbon in between every few to match her ladybug theme, and she actually loved wearing it as well. So fun!
