Emmie's First Cut!

Last week during thanksgiving break I took the girls for hair cuts.

It was Emmie's first time getting her hair cut.

She got about five inches cut off.

She looks so grown up - all her lillte curls are gone.

It flips out right at her shoulders. Where did my baby go??

GREAT TO BE 8!!

Maddie turned 8 last week.
She is such an amazing little girl.

She got her very own sewing machine

and she got to "clean the kitchen sink"

She was one super excited little girl.

The second great thing about being 8 is getting baptized!

Shem baptized Maddie on Saturday.

I know this is a day that Maddie will never forget.

She looked beautiful in her dresses.

Thanks to our family for coming to support Maddie

in her choice to follow our Savior.

Happy Halloween!

This year we celebrated Halloween a  bunch of times.

First we had a ward fall festival, then a family party,

and last some trick or treating to local stores.

We don't do door to door trick or treating but we still have fun!

Our family was a pumpkin patch.

Shem and I were the pumpkin growers/gardeners/farmers.

Baby Shower Dress

My sister Vanessa is expecting a little girl in January.

Thanks to Tiffini - I was able to make this cute outfit for the baby.

It was the cake topper on the diaper cake at her baby shower.
